これはGoogle Drive APIを有効化できていないことから発生しているエラーらしいので、有効化します

GoogleAPIsにあくっすして「Google Drive」をクリック

詳細画面にいくので、「有効にする」をクリック

ちなみにタイトルのエラーには続きがあって、

If you enabled this API recently, wait a few minutes for the action to propagate to our systems and retry.

と記載されてます。
有効化してからちょい時間かかるみたいで、数分待ってアクセスしたら
タイトルのエラーは解消されました
